@EscobedoIA72 Divide it into fifths, she gets 2/5 because she looked after your mother, and you two get to share the 3/5 equally (1.5/5 each) - totally fair for all. She’s not getting much more than a small acknowledgment for the 11yrs (yes, it was rent free but not carefree).
