@LittlePersonDoc It's certainly becoming much more difficult to differentiate between PAs and a GP at the surgery I'm a patient at. Less GPs, more PAs. I don't believe people appreciate care is being dumbed down. It's happening by stealth. I know as I follow lots of Dr's. It is actually scary.
