@SingaporeAir why is your reservation center doesnt allow a mixed Business Class and First class award booking? All your reservation agents are asking me to pay for 2 leg separately for 122,000 miles for First Advantage Award even though calculator clearly stated 98,000 miles.

@SingaporeAir your policy “First Class and Suites are only available on selected Singapore Airlines flights. If you redeem your miles for a First Class or Suites award ticket on a flight without a First Class or Suites cabin, you will be allocated a Business Class ticket instead”

@SingaporeAir Finally got a very competent rep that helped me rebooked my connecting flight after hours of calling since last night. She was very helpful despite booking it in economy while the original ticket was in Business class. I used to be a big fan of SQ but this has been a nightmare.

@SingaporeAir flight SQ325 from FRA to SIN at 21:55 Jan 9, 2023 was cancelled and rescheduled to SQ9325 on 20:00 Jan 10, 2023. We had a connecting flight SIN-SGN shown as reserved but SQ said it cant be ticketed. Pls help get us home we have been at FRA airport more than 1 day.

@united Hi @united , why I am being asked to pay $750 for a date change that I am forced to take due to COVID-19 positive? It feels like I am forced to take my original flight and risk infecting others while I am trying to be responsible to not expose others on the flights.

@l_avrot @UnitedAirlines Well just put Henrio ep Avrot on the reservation. You are not the only one with an é on your name. My name have many more special characters but I just use the convention above to fly all over the world without issues.

@FlyANA_official @TK_HelpDesk @AirCanada I booked an award ticket using ANA miles that involved AC and TK flights. I need to add my 1 year old daughter as lap infant for my flight. Yet all 3 airlines have been pointing fingers at each other and noone is able to issue a tix. Why?
