An Fhírinne: I don’t really enjoy sweltering weather. I am just back from northern Italy where temperatures were around 30 Celsius. Nothing unusual about that but a least I know the reason, it’s called the ‘Omega block’ which is a high pressure zone jammed between two low pressure systems with neither system going anywhere. I thought climate change would have been blamed for this warm weather phenomenon because the climate fanatics will stop at nothing to distort science to get a result that aligns with their preconceived prejudices. However it is hard to blame it all on man made climate change when the most extreme example of an omega block occurred in 1473 and a nearly similar event occurred in 1540. There was a smaller version in 2003 when Europe experienced a month of exceptionally fine weather. What’s wrong with that. What was exceptional about the climate change that occurred in 1473 and 1540 was that they occurred during the mini ice age when overall temperatures were much lower and the fact that the omega block lasted several months. These events were meticulously recorded by the theologian Marcin Biem in Kraków and wine producer Hans Stolz in Alsace. Overall there are about 450 detailed scientific observations about the 1540 weather phenomenon allowing us to build up a picture of the climate for that year and its disastrous effects on the population of middle Europe.

In that era people were more at the mercy of weather than we are nowadays although climate extremists won’t admit to that. For example in France in 1473 the rivers dried up leading to catastrophic outbreaks of dysentery resulting in the estimated deaths of 800,000 people throughout Central Europe which is about 2% of the entire population. Crop failures brought about mass starvation north of the Alps while shortages produced inflation. River levels were at an all time recorded low disrupting transport and commerce and livestock died as a result of water shortages. The problem was the length of the drought on both occasions. In some areas there was no rain between February and September.

On either side of the Omega block there was the low pressure that was preventing the high pressure escaping. Here you had dismal rainy conditions. This was observed in western Russia and much of Ireland. But the trapped high pressure probably covered almost one million square miles. Eventually the high pressure dissipated as the low pressure shifted away allowing the high pressure to move on as well. Interestingly the following summers were recorded as dismal and wet. Europe was back again to the mini ice age. It was business as usual.

One thing that climate ‘scientists’ never do is look at the historical evidence. If you choose to do so you will quickly find evidence of a planet that cools and warms up over long cycles, each at least of a few hundred years. Within these cycles there are aberrations. They are infrequent but they still occur and are unpredictable. The instantaneous transmission of information about even very short aberrations as we are experiencing now allows those seeking sensation to dramatise what is a very mildly inconvenient climate effect. But also there are more people on the planet than centuries ago and therefore competition for space and services creates a two speed system where those living in small apartments with no access to outdoor space contrasts unfavourably with those with spacious gardens.All this puts a focus on the weather and allows the climate extremist to infer that due to human activity we are experiencing weather events that have never been experienced before. Clearly an examination of the historical record tells us otherwise.

This is not about science, it is about agenda. Science is seeking explanation for observed phenomena, agenda is cherry picking observations to bolster up a preconceived prejudice. Academics know what is likely to get published and what the funders of academic journals want suppressed. FRAUDS.

But an international protection applicant “SHALL” be provided with accommodation and support. They can sue if they dint get it. Irish citizens cannot. That is the law. Lloyd's of London suspended shipping insurance for oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. The plan was simple: bring shipping to a halt, spike oil prices, and create a political crisis for Trump.

Trump moved on three fronts simultaneously. The U.S. Development Finance Corporation stepped in with political risk insurance within days. The Navy went on notice to protect Strait shipping. And then — the move nobody saw coming — Trump lifted some sanctions on Russian oil and called Putin directly to discuss Iran.

Lloyd's reversed course. They never recovered.

Now here's the story that's getting almost no coverage. Bloomberg ran a 2,700-word investigation back in January on how Iran's new supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei built a global property empire. The front companies managing the Khamenei family wealth aren't registered in Tehran. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁. 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝘁𝘀 — nodes of the City of London's offshore banking network. The same City of London that just tried to strangle world oil supply against an American president at war.

The mullahs r*ged against the West in public. The family money went to London in private. That's not a revolution. That's a management arrangement.

Meanwhile, look at who's furious about Trump's strategy. John Bolton — whose national security process produced 20 years in Afghanistan and Iraq without ever resolving Iran, because resolving it was never the point. The following legislation regulates, criminalises, and censors all speech deemed “unacceptable” by the authorities:

💣 Public Order Act
Originally created to address riots and violence, this law is now used to criminalise speech considered “insulting” or “alarming.” Even silent prayer in public has led to arrests, especially near abortion clinics, using public order powers.

💣 Communications Act – Section 127
Makes it a criminal offence to send a message online that is “grossly offensive” (to anyone who finds it offensive). The wording is so vague that it’s used against jokes, satire, and dissenting political views.

💣 Malicious Communications Act
Targets messages intended to cause “distress or anxiety” terms that are entirely subjective. Increasingly used to silence criticism or controversial opinions.

💣 Online Safety Act
Championed as child protection, this law gives Ofcom sweeping powers to police the internet. It compels platforms to remove even legal speech if Ofcom deems it “harmful”, or face fines. Even internationally. Ofcom can also refer posters to the police for further investigation.

💣 Counter-Terrorism and Security Act – Framed as anti-extremism, but now widely used to monitor and silence individuals who express views that challenge official narratives, even in schools, (even children), in universities, the NHS, and journalism. There is no fixed legal definition of “extremism.”

💣 Hate Crime Legislation - Including the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and the Sentencing Act 2020
These laws impose harsher penalties for speech that shows “hostility” based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, even when no violence is involved. Intent is irrelevant. perception by the audience is enough.

💣 Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act
Allows for pre-emptive arrests and bans on individuals for speech or protest activity that could potentially cause “serious disruption.” Before they have even done it! Peaceful protest is no longer reliably protected under UK law.

💣 Ofcom and the Broadcast Code
Ofcom regulates TV and radio, and now expands into online content under the Online Safety Act. It decides what opinions can be broadcast and what must be removed, in the name of “harm reduction.”

💣 Equality Act (as applied in workplace policy)
While not criminal law, this Act supports workplace codes used to discipline or dismiss employees for expressing views that conflict with current diversity, equity, or inclusion standards. Many people have lost their jobs for stating biological facts or political opinions.

💣 A New Government Taskforce to Monitor Speech.
The UK has expanded its Counter Disinformation Unit, working to monitor “narrative risk.” A new Home Office taskforce is using AI to detect “trending narratives” online and report posts that may cause “public disorder”, not illegal posts, just ones that challenge the government line.

💣 Proposed law – Expanding “hate crime” laws to include “misogyny” This is expected to criminalise more types of speech deemed 'harmful' to women. (But authorities differ on what a woman is regardless of the supreme court judgement).

💣 Proposed law – A broad “Conversion Therapy Ban”
Still under consultation, but could make it illegal to even discuss certain views on gender or sexuality, including in private conversations, counselling, or prayer.

None of this was voted for by the public. None of it protects our right to speak freely. All of it empowers the state to decide what we are allowed to say. We have state-approved speech, policed by vague legislation, corporate censorship, and unelected regulators.

Britain is not a free country. don't even dare to tell me that it is ...Not anymore.

And in schools? They’re rolling out a state-approved political curriculum to “prepare” kids to vote.
