Germany apparently narrowly escaped a catastrophe.

An explosives-laden drone struck a Ukrainian An-124 aircraft at Leipzig/Halle Airport. According to reports, US intelligence agencies attribute the attack—with a high degree of probability—to Russia. German investigations must now clarify this beyond doubt.

If the suspicion is confirmed, this was neither a "warning signal" nor a "hybrid threat."

It was a Russian attack on German soil.

At the same time, according to recent figures, the EU imported 14% more Russian LNG in June than a year earlier.

Russia is attacking us—and Europe keeps sending money to Moscow.

That is not a strategy. That is hypocrisy.

Europe is incapable of declaring Russia an absolute threat; instead, it helps finance Putin’s war economy, thereby digging its own grave.

More than 95% of Ukrainian prisoners of war interviewed by the UN reported torture or ill-treatment in Russian captivity.

UN Human Rights Representative Claudia Fuentes Julio said at a UN Security Council meeting that the vast majority of Ukrainian POWs interviewed described torture or other forms of ill-treatment in Russian captivity.

Documented cases include beatings, electric shocks, sexual violence, attacks by dogs, and mock executions.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the UN has also documented the executions of 129 Ukrainian POWs and the deaths of another 48 in detention.

Russia, meanwhile, denied the allegations, dismissing them as a “disinformation campaign.” A Russian representative also accused Ukraine of mistreating Russian prisoners of war.

On this day in 2014, near 🇺🇦 Luhansk, a married couple - Olena Kulish and Volodymyr Alyokhin - were executed mafia-style. Olena was a radio host & animal rights activist. Volodymyr was a programmer.

They were “accused” of supplying Ukrainian soldiers with food.

Russians (or Russia-paid “separatists”) broke in, killed them, looted everything of value, and turned the house into their “headquarters.”

They also killed Olena’s six dogs, just for the fun of it.

Russian strikes hit a shopping center in the Ukrainian city of Pavlohrad located in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on Saturday evening.
