First response from the support came in telling me that my request has been escalated, and will typically take 1-2 business days. Not sure why a shipping issue requires an escalation... I get that @FrameworkPuter is a small company, but I'm pretty unimpressed with support.

@FrameworkPuter I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed that there is only email support. I dropped a pretty penny on a new laptop, and there's a shipping issue. I'm at the mercy of the support queue as opposed to a quick call. :(

What am I doing to fix it? I'm making a new version of AppSec Assistant that uses Llama3 and the price for using the model is included in the price of the app. This will help me test one of my theories for why my conversion sucks.

- An admin to install, so it could be a long time to convert or the wrong audience being reached

So what have I learned?
- There's interest in the IDEA
- I may not be reaching the right audience with my marketing
- I need better visibility on why users are dropping off

I was using it for an ERP system at a machining shop. The company was good enough to send me to a conference in GA, where I met a ton of wonderful people and learned so much. There was so much knowledge sharing and positivity, it was an amazing community.
