Tax-funded health doesn't need to be profitable & must only make as much as they pay out. Not sure it actually works out that way though.

@triplejmma @TwinTemple @ChurchofSatan Every word derives meaning through consensus from its users. This is a nigh universally accepted idea in linguistics. I'm asking you to either present a linguistic model which supports your view or stop clinging to an old definition of a word which has long since changed meaning.
