The hope that Nepali organizations, communities, and fellow Nepalis abroad would look after each other’s daughters, sisters, wives, and girlfriends like their own family — that hope is shattered by groups like this. These individuals exploit others’ helplessness to survive without working, destroying families in the process. Their own daughters and sisters may never face such exploitation, but every Nepali woman traveling to Paris without connections or resources is a potential target.

99% des réfugiés népalais sont de faux réfugiés.

​Cela met en lumière la réalité selon laquelle la plupart des Népalais qui demandent l'asile politique dans le pays abusent de la loi pour obtenir des opportunités économiques et des permis de travail. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de risque politique réel au Népal, de nombreux Népalais demandent le statut de réfugié en créant de faux détails et histoires afin de faciliter leur vie et leur travail à l'étranger. Cette tendance pose des problèmes aux personnes réellement victimes.

असाइलमलाई व्यापार बनाउने गिरोह, मानव तस्करीको नयाँ स्वरूप: ‘नक्कली असाइलम’ को बढ्दो जोखिम

नेपाली समुदायको हक-हितका नाममा खोलिएका कतिपय संघ-संस्थाहरू नै यस कार्यमा संलग्न हुनु सबैभन्दा दुःखद पक्ष हो। सन्स्था का सदस्य, तिनका आफन्त र आसे पासे हरुले नयाँ आउनेहरूलाई ‘मुर्गा’ बनाएर मोटो रकम असुल्ने र नक्कली कागजात तयार पारिदिने कामलाई पैसा कमाउने व्यापार बनाएका छन्।

युरोपमा स्थायी बसोबास र काम गर्ने अनुमति (Residence Permit) प्राप्त गर्नका लागि रचिएको झुटो कथा र बनावटी कागजातको सहारा लिने प्रक्रिया नै नक्कली असाइलम हो।

आर्थिक अवसरको खोजीमा फ्रान्स पुग्ने केही नेपालीहरूले यस संवेदनशील प्रणालीको दुरुपयोग गरिरहेको पाइएको छ, जसले गर्दा वास्तविक पीडितहरू मारमा परिरहेका छन्। य�� प्रवृत्ति केवल कानुनी अपराध मात्र नभई, वास्तविक पीडितहरूको अवसर खोस्ने र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मञ्चमा नेपालको छवि धमिल्याउने गम्भीर समस्या बनेको छ।

नेपालीहरूको विदेशप्रतिको मोह पनि यस समस्याको एक प्रमुख कारण हो। नेपालमा आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर हुनु, बेरोजगारी बढ्नु, र राजनीतिक अस्थिरता जस्ता कारणले धेरै युवाहरू विदेश जान चाहन्छन्। तर विदेशमा केही ��र्ष बसिसकेपछि त्यहाँको जीवनशैलीको बानी बस्छ, जसले गर्दा नेपाल फर्केर त्यही स्तरको जीवन पाउन गाह्रो हुन्छ। त्यसैले धेरै मानिसहरू विदेशमै स्थायी रूपमा बस्ने उपाय खोज्न थाल्छन्, र सबैभन्दा सजिलो उपायका रूपमा नक्कली असाइलम फाइल गर्ने प्रवृत्ति बढेको छ।
