@rpsyfdlg Nasa hospital sila doing responsibilities na dapat ginagawa ng residente like doing hx and PE, assisting in ORs. The least we can do as their seniors is to recognize that they are also like us. Doctors. Napaka-liit na ibagay para sa isang malaking responsibilidad

@rpsyfdlg As a resident, doc ang tawag ko to both my clerks and interns. It's not heirarchy pero respect and recognition na they were able to reach the level na they can work with us. Yes they maybe students, but at the end of the day, they are still our colleagues who are in training.
