BREAKING @MyanmarWitness & @LeMondefr show that following our Sept 2025 report Czech company @AIKunovice has covertly exported 2 other Let L410 aircraft to #Myanmar sanctioned junta. Last one landed yesterday. This model is now commissioned in and used by the Myanmar Air Force🧵:
@viviannereim Wasn't the Houthi attack which led them to Mokha a response to an offensive vs their territory? Feels like an entire piece of history is missing here. And "Houthis accused KSA of bombing Sanaa’s airport to prevent an Iranian aircraft from landing" isn't it what actually happened?

-unique rotor boom configuration: upwards-oriented rotors and boom design "accommodating" wing attachment;
-front nose design with antenna;
-matching wing attachment to body.
The ZT-150V has also been spotted with reverted rotor boom configuration at the Zhuhai International Airshow in 2024 (see pics.). A hybrid version of the "HW150V" was also spotted by @JanesINTEL with yet another rotor boom design in Ryadh in 2024: https://t.co/9TEzYAhX42
I have identified 3 VTOL #UAV models operating in #Sudan today: all 3 are developed by TUS UAV-Yuandu Technology, and marketed by Beijing Hoverwing Technology Co.,Ltd. (this explains why the 3rd model's name may start both with "TZ" or "HW") and part of the same series. Small 🧵:

By enlarging the image and focusing on the mid-body strake assembly - and the spaces it leaves from where we can see the bomb's body - if we compare it with images in this #JDAM informative sheet, it's definitively a MK-84.
Nice catch! I believe this model's accurate designation is Zagil-3M, an iteration presented in 2015 as the pic. by Ashraf Shazly for @AFPphoto shows, while the mock-up was presented at IDEX 2023 and because it's a model not all the details fit, e.g. tail, but provides a name!
Think we finally got a positive ID for this armed SAF #drone that was shot down by the RSF in #Sudan. Seems to be the domestically produced Zagil-3, a local copy of the Iranian Ababil model. Tail and wheels are a clear match.

15 Dec 2024 marked the 77th anniversary of the #Myanmar Air Force. The traditional ceremony was moved back to Shante Air Base in Meiktila and witnessed the commissioning of new jets and helicopters from #China and #Russia. We at @MyanmarWitness had a close look. Short thread:
@ChrisOsieck Agree, I've been thinking about this since the beginning of this last crisis. Especially with the 1980 war: the West's support for Saddam wasn't "tacit" at all. And this list isn't even counting the 1953 coup.
