A South Florida woman went viral on TikTok after a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy pulled her over and gave her a $116 ticket. The official citation claimed she was driving while manually texting with her right hand.

Even though she literally showed the officer her missing limb and bodycam footage later proved the physical impossibility of the claim, he still handed her the ticket and told her to take it to court.

A massive 125-acre development broke ground in Miramar today.

Sunbeam — owner of WSVN — is building Miramar Cove, which will have:

- 2,874 residential units
- 400k sf retail
- 125k sf class A office space
- 185-key hotel
- 5.5-acre basin with gondolas & fountain
- 5 miles of walking paths

The project is expected to be completed end of 2028. It’s located off of Red Road & Miramar Parkway — just across the street from the TV station’s future studio currently under construction.
