Mental health is health.
Pick up the phone, check in on a friend, be there to listen when one calls.
Be good to people. You never know what someone else is carrying.
So a few points of clarification in B.C.
1. You will not need a vaccine certificate to "go out in public" or "participate in public life." Malls, grocery stores, book stores, libraries, public parks remain open to you, as well as doctor's offices, massage therapists, barbers, etc
Stop acting like pandemic mandates are a tyrannical attack on your "freedoms" & "rights".
You aren't free to drive drunk or smoke in restaurants. It's not "your right" to take a dump on Main Street. When you live AMONG OTHERS there are rules to protect the group.
