For additional context, your ‘SME GRANT’ was meant to be for 2 years. My bill this month came up higher than BEFORE I even got coerced into signing up for this grant. As in, I wouldn’t even have to pay as much if y’all just left me alone!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE 😭😭😭

@unifi Unifi, my bill this month is x3 than it usually is. When I called your customer service I was told that my SME GRANT was “UNSUCCESSFUL” but I’ve been on it for 3 months and *suddenly* it’s unsuccessful? How can you just cancel an ongoing contract?

And as a cherry on top, this is almost laughable. Your customer service girl said she’ll raise up a complaint on my behalf and pass me the case number so I can follow up. This was what came in my messages after. Case Resolved. Resolved WHAT
