Tomorrow I'll be going for a run around the White House to get into the spirit and kick off what promises to be a historic week for the UFC.

@SStricklandMMA Come to physical therapy. Type 2 is non-surgical, partial tearing of the rotator cuff is non-surgical, and the SLAP tear is questionable if surgery is required. Heal up 💪🏻
