🥣 INGREDIENTS
• 🥛 1 cup plain yogurt
• 🍬 1 cup sugar
• 🥚 3 eggs
• 🛢️ ½ cup oil
• 🍋 Zest of 1 lemon
• 🍦 1 tsp vanilla
• 🥣 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 🧁 2 tsp baking powder
• 🧂 Pinch of salt

🍋 OPTIONAL LEMON SYRUP
• 🍋 ¼ cup lemon juice
• 🍬 ¼ cup sugar

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Whisk yogurt 🥛, sugar 🍬 & eggs 🥚
2️⃣ Add oil 🛢️, lemon zest 🍋 & vanilla 🍦
3️⃣ Mix flour 🥣, baking powder 🧁 & salt 🧂
4️⃣ Fold dry into wet 🌀
5️⃣ Pour into lined pan 🍰
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35–40 min 🔥
