I started doing something that’s worked for me when I’m struggling with my faith. I start to make a list of the things that God has done for me in the past, I think back to that time (how I felt, how I was worried, how God came through) & use that to remind myself of who God is.

I’ve been struggling with my prayer life lately but I do listen to a lot of worship music, as expected I do feel an ounce of guilt.
