She’s the store manager at @CellC in Westgate Mall, Roodepoort. She’s one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She even tore up the very same form she gave the customer to fill in and her colleagues didn’t seem shocked at all which suggests they’re used to her behaviour.
