Reflecting back during my final day on the acute stroke unit. I'll admit I wasn't as enthusiastic to start with. Whether it was the team, the job (or both!) that grew on me, I certainly enjoyed my time as the weeks grew on... Not sure what scares me more ๐ฉ or wedding planning ๐
My final day on placement but so reluctant to leave. Big thank you to @SylviaCrook68 and her team for tailor-making this unique experience. So crazy to think this all started with a webinar. #FirstContactPhysio#FCP#MSK
This is what a doctor looks like, right?
In Sept I had my PhD viva & passed pending corrections. Days after getting the thesis report my dad passed away. Doing the corrections took an age. My brain just wasnโt quite in gear. Today I found out the corrections have been accepted!
@PhysioCan No real explanation of what the actual issue was to postpone yet another exam. CAPR has had a year to improve & perfect their system. Why are we paying such fees? Who's responsible for the incompentencies? Incredibly frustrating and extremely shameful
My grandma thankfully recieved a covid vaccine today but unbelievable how these seniors 85+ had to STAND & wait outside. Can we not do better!? @adriandix@CDCofBC@VCHhealthcare@PHSAofBC
My first placement on Covid HDU.
Headlined by death while success stories are often pushed aside. I've seen nothing but heart warming patient care and tireless staff risking their physical and emotional wellbeing. A community and experience I was happy to be apart of.
