@roxochixo Yeahh totally agree the shading on the sprites feels a bit off with the bgs (esp with them being 3d and having a lot of details/contrast). The new bgs are fun!! Honestly they’re objectively better and I do like them a lot! I just really liked how dreamy the original felt

Komaedas new hair looks more like tendrils in 2x2 rather the flame silhouette in his original design.

I do like it personally, it makes komaeda look a little more sickly/off putting in a way? Which i enjoy in relation to him.

@roxochixo Nah I totally just misspoke lol 😭 the main difference is with the backgrounds and how they reflect onto the sprites if that makes sense? The new backgrounds have a lot more contrast and lean much cooler which ofc isn’t bad!! I just like the warm glowy effect in the original
