Fakat tahmin edileceği üzere maalesef etkili bir soruşturma yürütülmemiş ve Barışın Yunanistana varışına ve gözaltına alınıp insanlık dışı muameleye maruz kaldığına dair bir bulgu olmadığı belirtilmiştir.
Burada Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin bu etkili olmayan soruşturmayı kabul etmemesini ve daha etkili bir soruşturma için baskı yapmalarını istiyoruz.
Ayrıca böyle bir soruşturmayı beklediğimiz için daha kapsamlı bir şekilde kendimiz Yunan mahkemelerine ayrıca ailesi olarak delillerle birlikte başvuruda bulunduk.
Barış Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Vatandaşı ve Yunanistan da Yunan Kolluk Görevlileri tarafından canavarca Hisle öldürülecek katledildi.
