The loopholes with skills transfer is that after 5 years the foreigners apply to become Permanent Residents, instead of transferring the skills to a South African, foreign funded NGOs have created loopholes , because they are part of the drafting of these laws, @Princymthombeni
Don’t listen to Lindsey.

Personally, I’m not open to any employment quota below 95% of citizens.

Dear @ButiManamela@HigherEduGovZA
I am writing to formally express my grave concern regarding the ongoing employment of undocumented foreign nationals by businesses in South Africa, which directly undermines the constitutional rights and economic well-being of South African citizens.
With the national unemployment rate sitting at roughly 33%, local citizens—particularly the youth—are struggling to find decent work. It is deeply concerning that some employers continue to bypass legal frameworks to hire illegal foreigners, often to exploit them through below-minimum wages, thereby shutting out citizens from the job market. There is a video circulating where a Zimbabwean man who has a Neutralised South Africa citizen stated that he prioritised hiring people from his country “Zimbabwe “ as lectures over the qualified unemployed South Africans at TVET college in Mpumalanga . As a citizen of this country I am worried that the current policies and enforcement do not adequately protect the local workers . It is vital that legal citizens have first priority for jobs in our communities .
We would also like to know what actions you’ll be taking to ensure that the citizens of South Africa are prioritised and legal residents for employment
As a citizen, I wish to remind the government of its duties under the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996:
•Section 22 (Freedom of trade, occupation, and profession): This section explicitly states that every citizen has the right to choose their trade, occupation, or profession freely. The state has a constitutional obligation to protect this right by ensuring the domestic job market is regulated fairly.
•
•Section 195 (Basic values and principles governing public administration): Public administration must be accountable, and employment practices must be based on ability, objectivity, and fairness, ensuring that the laws of the republic are strictly executed
•
South Africans did fight against apartheid for the Zimbabweans to be the beneficiaries. Enough is enough with sidelining the qualified unemployed South Africa .
la plupart des journalistes qui nous montraient en direct ce qu’il se passe à Gaza ont été tués par Isr*el alors qd vs tombez sur ne serait-ce qu’une seule vidéo c’est important de relayer au maximum !!!

Hello guys
Our meeting with the National Empowerment Fund has resulted in important developments regarding the R500 million Spaza Shop Support Fund. The fight for transparency continues. Please read the latest update in the Updates section of the petition. Also Stella’s team only gave Park Tau team R100 million spaza shop funds and they said we should give them 13 days and they’ll realise the list of the beneficiaries.
Now the question is @Stellarated where is the rest of the money ?

I apologize for disturbing you. I just wanted to let you know that we are still trapped under bombardment, suffering from hunger, thirst, and the unbearable heat in Gaza. I sincerely apologize again for the disturbance.
C’est la première fois de ma vie que je vois un fleuve de sang sous mes yeux… Et pourtant, on continue à scroll comme si ce génocide était devenu légitime
Someone who recently took @HomeAffairsSA to court over immigration policy has no place serving on the Immigration Advisory Board. The conflict of interest is impossible to ignore.
You asked us to ACT. We’ve responded.
@sacr_official1 is petitioning @ParliamentofRSA to amend the Immigration Act and prevent conflicts of interest in appointments to the Immigration Advisory Board.

Don’t fall for the fake Fox/GOP outrage. Two weeks ago the House passed a bill that greenlighted the transfer of Spanish territory to Morocco. Every Republican except me voted for it, but now THEY are acting shocked at the invasion.
