I'm a water scientist & while #flooding isn't my specialty when the city voted to build their new amphitheater & park in the floodplain I knew it wasn't going to end well. All of that displaced water has now entered homes & businesses causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Sharing our new article on water needs in pregnant endurance athletes, from preconception to 3rd trimester. Physical activity predicts higher water turnover (via deuterium dilution), & this relationship is stronger in higher heat index conditions. @ISEMPH

@victorian_panda @AngryBlackLady Most weddings I've been to (South USA) have a box for cards at the reception and it is typical to put money in the card equivalent to what your portion of the reception cost was. How the family decides to use the money is up to them but many do use it towards wedding costs.
