@KatelynBeaty I attended Redeemer and didn’t know who “Tim Keller” was. Then I saw his name in ChristianToday book catolog and saw his name on all these books! I thought this guy seems to be a big deal. In church he was just one of the pastors on the team. I loved listening to him.

@KatelynBeaty Pastors should be able to make money but should also teach their congregation how to be financially healthy. A rich pastor in a poor congregation is not a good look

@KatelynBeaty It depends. If they are making money from their book deals, speaking engagements, personal investments, and aren’t taking money from their church then it should be ok. Their churches should also be healthy financially helping their constituents.
