@TimHoustonNS @MLABarbAdams CCAs are underpaid for the work they do. Many are leaving to get better pay. How will you handle the shortage of CCAs now and in the future. We are already at critical levels, it will continue to get worse unless changes happen.

@TimHoustonNS We need more nursing staff in hospitals and long term care too. Getting people to the hospital is great, but we need staff to treat them when they get there. And long term care is dangerously understaffed.
