@SocialBankers_ A4: Give them time to engage during the workday. Make sure they know when you are posting something that needs engagement to be successful. Reward them for engaging with gift cards, Sonic drinks, logo wear, etc. #SocialBankers

@SocialBankers_ Q3: I’ll be honest. I shy away from contests in general because I just don’t have the energy to keep track of the rules. Contests work though, so I need to make more of an effort. I love seeing what all of the other #SocialBankers come up with for contests!

@SocialBankers_ A2: We don’t post as often. In the summer our clients are doing things that make them check their phones less often. This summer we have far less COVID updates than last and that is a welcome relief! #SocialBankers
