Just ordered from one of the restaurants and even after an hour the delivery partner was not assigned. This is not the first time.

What's more frustrating is that when i called the restaurant, the helper at the outlet was waiting for the same. He said he was supposed to close the outlet but only my order was waiting to be picked up. Not only do customers have to suffer but the helpers who work till late

I had booked a ticket on 28th April 2023 for 8th May 2023 from Ranchi to Howrah which was a confirmed ticket but today just hours before the departure my seat was changed from 3A to 3E due to which i had to book another ticket.I want a full refund in this case.
