@lowcarbGP I have to wonder about the dark green leafy greens. How can these be more nutritionally dense than beef? Virtually no protein or fat and far less absorbable iron.
Higher levels of K1 but K2 from animal fats substitutes. Do those on meat diets suffer from excessive bleeding?

That led to the pandemic of Metabolic Syndrome.

The good news: once the official advice becomes the opposite, most people will follow it.

I would have thought that they were speaking a Germanic language, heavily influenced by Latin.

Can intelligence be artificial ? Or is intelligence one thing, whether that is the intelligence of organisms or of machines?

Is not intelligence the application of stored knowledge to decision making? Isn't it the same entity no matter the nature of the decision maker?

Deutsch's constructor theory did well to claim information as a part of physics. Not as task validity has meaning but because the attempt shows us that a system that drives a task owes nothing to physics but all to instruction sequence s in a separate, immaterial, logical domain.

The deepest question is not whether God exists, it is how it is that we know that we exist. If science doesn't begin to know how our molecules generate our own self awareness then it should, humbly, remain equally silent on the non-existence of God.

@HLFoodObesity HL have failed from the start by classing high fat diets as the problem. The Americans woke up to this error years ago. High fat, especially animal fats are the only healthy fats as Ancel Keys demonstrated himself in the research that he dared not publish.

@theJeremyVine The crime to prosecute the Post Office managers may well be Misconduct in Public Office. This is for public servants (PO govt owned), where an officer neglects or abuses their duty, without good reason, so as to betray public trust in the office. Fits?
