@SouthwestAir delayed my flight and rebooked me on a flight 12 hours AFTER I WAS SUPPOSED ORIGINALLY LAND.

They said, “thank you for your patience”.

Thank you doesn’t cut it. Don’t they have free drink coupons? 2 of those and it’s water under the bridge. Where’s the $LUV ?

@GuyTalksFinance I disagree with 3 of the 4 red flags. It's situational but I put less money down on my house and then had a reassessment done 2 years later to drop PMI.

I know plenty of people who turned their homes into rentals.

If you can handle the mortgage payment on a duplex you're good
