@EmiratesSupport @emirates A baggage claim does 0 to help the situation you’ve taken her clothes, medication amongst other personal items on the word she’s going on a flight and then shipped the bag without her. The most ridiculous handling of a situation I’ve ever seen.

I’m getting married on Thursday and my mum is still in Dubai unable to get through to anyone or get on a flight to the UK. They told her to wait in a line and then allowed men to climb over her and push their way on.

@emirates On top of this I’ve been on hold for 3 hours after your lines having no dial tone for 3 days. It’s purely unacceptable the way passengers have been treated.

@sev_bnb @emirates Won’t allow me to online says I need to call but the calls aren’t going through and the live chat is down. They flew my suitcase back and told me I can get on any UK flight and sent me to a gate and when I got there they told me I couldn’t board.
