Celebrating Mexican culture today! 🇲🇽
At work, our team is made up of 7 women, and 4 of them are Mexican, so of course Cinco de Mayo had to be celebrated. 🎉
And there I was… the Brazilian Mexican of the group hahaha 🇧🇷😎🇲🇽
I’m especially grateful to my manager for dedicating this recognition to me. It reflects trust, partnership, and the work we build every day with purpose and care.
What we do goes beyond serving meals. It’s about connection and impact.❤️
💙 May 1st is almost here, and we’re getting ready to celebrate our Lunch Heroes 💛
We’re creating something simple and meaningful. Students, teachers, and staff are invited to stop by the Warner Cafeteria and leave a thank you note for our Lunch Heroes🧡

💙 A closer look at the day our students explored Indian cuisine, from their first taste to excited reactions. A great example of how thoughtful menu planning brings culture and learning together. #ServingFoodAndLoveWithCare#PowerUpCafe🧡
Today we showed up as a family to join the CFISD Superintendent’s FUN Run, a special event filled with good energy, teamwork, and joy. #CyFairISD#FunRun2026
Last day to download my book for FREE.
This work is part of a process that shaped how I understand learning, structure, and observation.

This work came from years of observing, trying, adjusting…
and often questioning what I thought I knew.
Not everything we teach comes from certainty.
Some things come from paying attention.
The book is free for a limited time on Amazon.

@Peyton_455 Thank you, that means a lot.😊
It really comes from lived experience more than anything else. Writing was a way of making sense of things I had been practicing for years.
