We have now been rerouted through Cancun and reassured that we would be put up in a hotel with food and drink when we arrived. Surprise surprise, now that we have arrived, NO ONE has a record of us. THEY WERE NOT TOLD WE WERE COMING. The system has no note of lodging or food. Wtf
