BlackRock, Google, Mastercard, Visa, Fiserv - they all recognize the potential of tokenization and see its application in our lives.

Fractional real estate investment models, such as REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust), were created to address the inaccessibility of real estate.

◢ REITs allow investors to buy shares in companies that own, operate, or lease income-producing real estate. The income generated is paid out in the form of dividends, providing investors with a steady cash flow.

Although the value of real estate, like any other asset, fluctuates, its growth rate consistently outpaces inflation. In addition, real estate provides a steady cash flow through rental income.

I'm talking about real asset tokenization. This trend cannot be overlooked, as it is being talked about by leading S&P 500 companies such as Google, Mastercard, Visa, Fiserv, and others.

While this is impressive, projections of the total value of tokenized RWAs in 2030 range from $4 trillion to $16.1 trillion, which is at least 4 times the current market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies combined.

RWA has moved up from 22nd place on the list of largest sectors to 8th and believe me, this is just the beginning, I'm sure we will see it in the top 3 very soon.

Real-world assets include tangible and non-tangible assets in the physical world, including real estate, bonds, commodities, and more. Just imagine that all of this can be tokenized and brought onto the rails of blockchain. Cryptocurrencies and finance are often considered separate, but RWA tokenization is the link between the two, acting as a bridge between TradFi and DeFi.

Real estate and TradFi instrument tokenizations also are huge markets that are explored by many participants, like startups, governments, and financial institutions. Through tokenization, the investment experiences of real estate will have more flexibility in transaction size, trading timeframe, and process.

Real estate tokenization helps access investors all over the world, create liquidity thanks to the possibility of trade tokens, attract smaller investors, and get more capital.
