You wake up in the backrooms and meet a strange man. He's sweet, but something is wrong with him. Created by @battersimping @batter_sempai #LetMeRemindYouVN
These are plans I have for which game demos I want to work on first and future game ideas. I'm hoping to work on these in the next few months. ^^
Thank you for your patience and support. ๐๐ฅฐ

Zecharias invites you to the Backrooms (where he stays and will make you stay with him forever).
This is like "Draw your OC in the Backrooms" but your OC already lives in the Backrooms.

WIP for Zecharias' new design. ^^
I'm working on my games' art and scripts again after a long (unannounced) hiatus, apologies for taking so long. Please enjoy this Backrooms weirdo in the meantime.

Been a while since my last update. ;w;
These are sketches of some characters that will be showing up in the visual novels.

One of the bad endings would have had the protag as an old woman with dementia, while Zecharias, unaging, stood beside her bed.
I scrapped that and now Zech has a full backstory. But I found it interesting that the Backrooms might have been a dementia metaphor after all.
Something interesting about this is that Let Me Remind You was originally meant to have a dementia metaphor, when I first came up with the idea in 2022. Zecharias wasn't even a character with a backstory, he was just a representation of guilt and nostalgia with no personality.
One example of this from the YouTube series is the pitfalls- in Static Dead End, the room behind the door does appear to be a very poorly replicated copy of the pitfalls room.
Every time it remembersโฆ the less it does.

As many have suspected, the Complex appears to be able to replicate rooms over and over, operating like a sort of "brain" slowly forgetting details until the room doesn't even resemble the original anymore.
