Fantastic days patch birding @WWTMartinMere with @Letfordj27 mainly focusing on photography and enjoying the weather. Starting to feel like summer with the majority of the Whoopers gone, chiffchaffs’s and Cettis Warblers calling through the reserve and the Avocets being back!

Could not believe how well we managed to see it! My digiscope really doesn’t do justice.

Also managed to see another bogey bird, with a Purple sandpiper ✅ at New Brighton Marine lake!
