Against regulations, he does business with the university. It's called conflict of interest. Anyone who asks is immediately suspended. This man has turned UniVen into his personal fifdom.

The smiley face in brown is Sylvester Masa Motadi, a runner and lackey of the Chairperson Rudzani Mushweu. He does the dirty work and lobbies for the cabal. Millions go missing.

Whilst the University is being drained, Minister Buti Manamela appointed Independent Assessors/Investigators are challenged in Pretoria High Court using University resources by the same individuals.
