Telangiectatic osteosarcoma: 3% of osteosarcomas, high grade sarcoma, most in 2nd decade of life. Has blood filled cysts, little osteoid production, expansile lytic metaphyseal bone lesion, similar to aneurysmal bone cyst radiologically. #pathology #BSTpath @sarah_glogowski
