My Channel "Let's Cric Together" was removed from YouTube on 29th September, 2025. The reason I was given, was that my channel violated YouTube's Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams policy. I have already appealed regarding the channel's removal, but my appeal was rejected. Thus, I am writing to you.

My channel was dedicated to cricket-related content, including cricket updates, analysis, and news and my sole intent was to share genuine information with the viewers. I want to make a few points clear and you can manually verify these by watching the content of my channel -

1. I have "Never" promised viewers they will see something but instead directed them off site.

2. I have "Never" promised viewers that they will make money fast to get clicks, views, or traffic off YouTube.

3. I have "Never" sent the audience to sites that spread harmful software, try to gather personal information, or other sites that have a negative impact.

4. I have "Never" used the title, thumbnails, or description to trick users into believing the content is something that it is not.

5. I have "Never" posted any content that offers cash gifts, "get rich quick" schemes, or pyramid schemes.

6. I have "Never" posted any content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, or any other metric on YouTube.

7. I have "Never" posted any Sub4Sub content.

8. I have "Never" tried to gather personal information from viewers through comments and misleadingly drive viewers off YouTube.

9. I have "Never" left large amounts of identical, untargeted or repetitive comments.

10. I have "Never" verbally directed users to other sites in videos, as well as other forms.

You can manually verify all the 10 points by watching my channel's content.

Even after taking care of all these points, if I still ended up unknowingly doing something that was a violation of the "Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams" policy, I sincerely apologise for it. It was completely unintentional. I have always tried to strictly adhere to YouTube’s community guidelines.

My channel's sole purpose was to provide the viewers genuine cricket-related content. I request you to manually review my channel and provide me one final opportunity to work on YouTube by putting it back. I will be extra cautious and will make sure that not a single violation of YouTube Community guidelines in any way, shape or form happens from my side in the future.
