@joesarling I've also get a bee in my bonnet about anything that tells you the hierarchy of what's important in what order (see also Google team model) - I'd see trust as emerging in a dynamic dance with other aspects - so performance breeds trust as much as trust breeds performance
@tomwm @joesarling It maps to some degree and very good model for stable static teams. Perhaps predictably isee let's go model as a more elegant and useable way to think about teams of all sorts, including project teams, teams within teams, and teams with more nebulous edges ๐
Ok so "leadership" is something we want but at it's heart is a paradox. And that's because in some ways LEADERSHIP DOESN'T EVEN EXIST.
