It looks like #RaoBahadur is a perfect counter opinion to #AVPL, where Trivikram states even if someone’s environment and circumstances change still their mindset doesn’t change and one’s acumen and pedigree is genetical is what he portrays in Ala Vaikuntapuramlo, which is the classic Brahminical philosophy. Whereas @mahaisnotanoun believes and makes us understand that it is the social and familial conditioning which makes someone who they are and not their DNA or Genes, is a beautiful social commentary I feel.

#RaoBahadur - Vichitramaina Telugu Chitram

@mahaisnotanoun does an impressive job by even conceiving this movie. It’s not an easy task to write such a screenplay and execute it for screen.
Magical realism, symbolism, dark humour and psychological drama coming together in one movie is unheard of.

And he used these tools to narrate a story that’s satirical and debunks several social issues like colourism, sexism, aristocracy, nobility, pedigree, feudalism, caste discrimination, etc. Loved the conditioning song and its context which beautifully narrates the idea, that any free spirited individual (which is a man’s original state), is a victim as well offender, in all societal prejudices is nothing but an outcome of social conditioning, is remarkable. This is a powerful social commentary I’ve seen in the recent past.

Movie has so many symbols, metaphors, and details that are satisfying when they all pay off and come together towards the end. Maha is proven as a master writer through #CareofKancherapalem, this shows what a fantastic craftsman he is, in terms of direction.

This movie cannot be made or even thought of without @ActorSatyaDev performing the lead role, it’s impossible for anyone to even emote a scene in a character like this, that’s so complex and painstakingly versatile. Satya was phenomenal and extremely well done.

Every character played by @DeepaThomasss #BalaParsar #Vikas Child actor #Kiran, etc. feels like they were all tailor made for them. Great casting and great performances.

Every craft is visibly beautiful on screen especially cinematography by @Kartic_parmar music by @smaransai and splendid work by art director #RohanSingh, have to mention costumes and make up department too for their flawless job.

Highly appreciate @urstrulyMahesh @GMBents @AplusSMovies for picking this subject and bringing it to life. Truly feel proud to see this impactful movie come out of Telugu cinema, looking forward to seeing this pave way for many such original and innovative movies in Telugu.
