News from our Prestwick Academy S1 Outdoor Learning group!
Progress with their @RSPB and Saltire awards. We learnt about experiencing and helping nature with our bird feeders.
The group was very focused, don't worry we still had time for bacon rolls. Great work everyone!

Update from Chit Chat Art @MarrColOfficial S2/3 at the Bothy.
The group's fireside craft was DIY bird feeders!🦉🐣 Followed by bacon rolls and hot chocolate ☕
Later in the afternoon, the group found litter-covered spots on the beach and filled their bags!

The @MarrColOfficial S2 Junior Countryside Ranger Award Group finished their site map yesterday!
The group helped out with litter picking, completed team-building exercises, and enjoyed some microscope work. There was also an impromptu game of rugby!

Great group tonight at our Chit Chat Art at Redburn Community Hub
Before our crafts, we had amazing soup- made by volunteers in the morning and available for anyone who drops in. Tonight there were also scones!

After Chit Chat Art the @MarrColOfficial S2/3 group volunteered at a local community project.
The pupils gave up their free time to sort clothes at The Micah Project Troon, a community closet that is currently very busy with its Christmas drive.
