@axdew Those will be very easy replacements. You read my mind with the jalapeno! I need that spice in my life! The 60-90 minutes isn't too bad either. Definitley good to hear of how you're doing it and seeing that it ACTUALLY worked for you will help my brain try to stick with it!
@axdew Avacado oil chips you say? That sounds like a good place to start! I'll start looking for things like that! I got some "ice" waters that say they have zero sugar, so we'll start there, and having a 4 month old is like a constant cario workout, so I'm already half way there! Ha!
@axdew Hahahahahahaha that is hilarious!! I know I hear things about when you start to eat less and healthier, your stomach will adjust and that would help for sure. I think knowing what you're doing will help for sure. So, I need to go get more veggies and less "healthy salty snacks".
@axdew Oh hell yeah. Once they come out with zero calorie Surge, it'll be a game changer. But yeah, I think my biggest thing will, and always has been, snacks. I love salty, crunchy things, so that is my biggest hurdle. I appreciate it man!
