Best run I’ve had since my Achilles injury last fall. Out of the box miles in the new ASICS Sonic Blast. Might be my favorite of the Blast family (Nova, Super, Mega, Sonic). The new Mega feels softer and airy but I prefer the denser, faster feel of the Sonic.

Arlo and I are big fans of the Hoka Cielo X1 2.0

it’s light, has a nice rocker mid foot, & will help me run fast

this racer is a good mix between the Rocket X2 (stiff) and the Cielo X1 (squishy)

@TheBurtBiggsby Great timing for this (especially since it took 2 weeks for a response 🤦🏻‍♂️). The new @AltraRunning Paradigm 7 has not disappointed. Even more stable and comfortable than the 6. Unless you hate the zero drop on the Provision, it’d be hard to beat the upgrade to the Paradigm 7!
