With real estate, there is a very little learning curve. Although investment is high but the leverage you get is something you can't get with websites.

@Frans_crypto @sweepcapital Also unless someone is an amateur. I don't think anyone sound would invest in project where they dont even know the people running the project. Most of the projects I have invested in, I know the team who is running it.

As an investors stand point, I would just not invest into anything where I don't even know who is running the project and what's their track record... it's a gamble otherwise.
