People are spending upwards of half of their income just on their mortgage.

@EchoesOfReason_ @mw2221341 The cement is not a standard formula. It's likely going to be a hydraulic cement of some kind. As far as I'm aware this is how it's done all over the word, when you aren't carving it out of solid stone. This is exactly how you do plaster crown in old mansion FTR.
