The times I did get frustrated was due to a lot of death cycling, which felt easy to get stuck in. Not sure if that me needlessly exploring while weak, but I didn't appreciate tiny mosquitos that are hard to hit.
Still, gonna look forward to exploring the whole thing!

Rebel Transmute plays like a fairly straight forward Metroidvania, mostly inspired by 2D Metroid, but with some quality of life improvements popularized by Hollow Knight. While maybe not excitingly innovative, the quality is top notch.
