@dunkindonuts Any tips on how to actually get ice in my drink? I’ve been drinking “iced Americanos” aka Luke warm Americanos with maybe one or two tiny pieces of ice for years. I keep assuming by asking for it to be Iced we are on the same page. But it’s not working out.
