@bedouincap Don’t know the vesting period on their funds, but c ya later once current funds are realized. Which is probably a long time. Seems like a decent bargain

@investing_law Even better: GPs often have debt lines they draw on to fund part of GP commits (60-80%). One thing when that’s at 2%…now it’s at 7-8%. Waiving mgmt fees is a HUGE upside to true cash in - avoids 8% debt and cap gains
