The State of Nebraska has officially approved the turnback tax for the future Union Omaha Stadium & Mixed-Use District in North Downtown. This project will create year-round energy, jobs, tourism, investment, and a permanent home for one of the most successful clubs in American soccer.

Thank you to Governor Jim Pillen, the Sports Arena Facility Financing Assistance Act Board, the City of Omaha, the Greater Omaha Chamber, and the Omaha Convention & Visitors Bureau for believing in the vision. This effort will create new revenue for the project, for Omaha, & for the state of Nebraska.

The future of downtown Omaha just got bigger.
