@Schottberg@davidstoker_lfc Yeah i was in Cologne, though the Scots are great banter you can see with many (not all) there is an underlying hatred. I remember one shouting grief whilst I was eating chips ๐. We got to a point where we decided to try and stay quiet and avoid because you could see it coming
@Adityakrsaha Why cant we pick proven 50 over players from our domestic system and not rely on T20 players
Oh wait, we binned off a proper schedule for the Hundred
@CBSSportsGolazo@b_feilhaber22@J_Dyer_Official@TMeola1 The English fans and media are completely different. Hes not close enough to rabbit on about this. We obviously want to win it, but most would have expected getting knocked out in the QF by Brazil; which was the initial expected game
@Nathanswfc2004 Its beyond rent free. Imaging hating a country that much, wrapping it up in โbanterโ and not realising that they mean very little to us. Its hilarious
@FBAwayDays Must be strange to hate a neighbouring country who dont really have any feelings towards you; more than you love your own country
But each to their own
@MediumPaceDobb1 Tend to agree.

Balance wise that could work? Maybe some early investment in both the Rews?
@fedeebongiorno Think itโs fair enough they dont want us to win. I Probably would the other way around as my Gran was from Belmullet. But I donโt understand how many can then support an English club team
@SlotIsABadGoth Its not you. Its some who go too far. Its like you want us to lose more than you want your country to win. So its not patriotism, its hatred. Im part Scottish, love the banter etc but was in Cologne for Euros and some were too much we started speaking quieter, avoiding places etc
@WG_RumblePants I felt Gillespies time was after he left us (Yorkshire)
With an Aussie its got to feel right. Ponting would not; hes so Aussie its too much
Langer would feel right and has a past there
I feel him or Flower would be perfect perhaps with a younger assistant coach
