AND from 10-1 p.m. affecting Bourbon Street and a section of Micoud Street including Major Customers: Blue Coral Mall, Hobbie, Central Library, St. Lucia Worker's Credit Union, West Indies General, Johnson's Hardware and 1st National Bank.
